The Director of Operations oversees teams for service excellence, training, and advisor experience, ensuring quality standards and effective onboarding processes while managing operational performance and strategic plans.

Serve as liaison between Risk Management and IT to design data architecture, perform data modeling, QA/UAT, translate business needs into technical requirements, and deliver analytics and process automation recommendations to improve risk information systems.

Lead end-to-end quality for the Client Onboarding platform by defining test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality governance. Drive functional, API, integration, E2E, and performance testing, integrate quality gates into CI/CD, mentor teams, and ensure release readiness through data-driven improvements.

Review and assure quality and constructability of mechanical and plumbing designs for large projects. Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping layout. Provide design direction, apply relevant codes (IECC, ICC, ASHRAE), and support team members in producing compliant, buildable mechanical systems.

Monitor, evaluate, and score agent calls for compliance and quality against guidelines. Record accurate data, meet production goals, and perform related QA duties using Excel, Outlook, and CMS. Maintain strong communication, proofreading, and attention to detail. Preferred: QA experience, insurance/Medicare exposure, relevant license, or bilingual Spanish-English.

Review large-scale electrical system designs for code compliance and constructability; coordinate design solutions; apply code knowledge to power and lighting systems; may review telecom and fire alarm systems; perform or learn photometric studies, short circuit analysis, and voltage drop calculations; read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and specifications.

Mid-level QA Analyst embedded on Agile product teams to create and execute manual and automated tests, write SQL to validate data, document and verify defects, support UAT with clients, participate in sprint ceremonies, and improve QA processes and standards.

Provide on-site QA support in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility: monitor production, assist with documentation and investigations, review batch records, perform quality impact assessments, and ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs while escalating issues to senior QA.
