Serve as liaison between Risk Management and IT to design data architecture, perform data modeling, QA/UAT, translate business needs into technical requirements, and deliver analytics and process automation recommendations to improve risk information systems.

The Director of Operations oversees teams for service excellence, training, and advisor experience, ensuring quality standards and effective onboarding processes while managing operational performance and strategic plans.

Owns quality assurance for outbound loyalty campaigns, reviewing content, personalization, audience targeting, data integrity, links, platform settings, compliance, and brand alignment. Tracks defects, communicates issues to Development, manages QA sign-off gates, investigates post-launch quality problems, and improves testing documentation and checklists. Success is measured by low campaign defect rates, timely reviews, and clear defect reporting.

Manage and document product/process deviations, lead investigations and root cause analyses, handle customer complaints, track CAPA and effectiveness checks, prepare annual product reviews, and ensure manufacturing compliance with cGMP and SOPs on the production floor.

Review and assure quality and constructability of mechanical and plumbing designs for large projects. Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping layout. Provide design direction, apply relevant codes (IECC, ICC, ASHRAE), and support team members in producing compliant, buildable mechanical systems.
