Owns ServiceNow’s enterprise performance evaluation and calibration framework. Develops rating standards, performance philosophy, leader guidance, and calibration processes that promote fair, consistent outcomes. Partners with Compensation, HRBPs, Product, technology, and enablement teams to improve evaluation tools and processes. Advises senior leaders, identifies systemic inconsistencies, scales global programs, and explores AI applications that reduce bias while preserving human judgment.

Owns BI product strategy for Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes. Partners with finance, sales, legal, product, FinSys, and engineering teams to identify operational issues and translate them into BI, AI, and machine learning opportunities. Creates PRDs, roadmaps, process documentation, and functional requirements while ensuring quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition data flows accurately into downstream data products.

Build backend services and AI systems for legal drafting, review, and search workflows. Model legal knowledge into ontologies, develop retrieval and evaluation infrastructure, test LLM prompts, optimize queries and performance, and deploy solutions with customers. The role also includes occasional frontend work in TypeScript and React, customer collaboration, and end-to-end ownership of product features.

Own the vision, roadmap, requirements, and delivery of conversational AI features. Translate customer feedback, research, and market intelligence into product priorities, PRDs, success metrics, and high-quality experiences.
