Own the vision, roadmap, and requirements for conversational AI features. Translate customer feedback, research, and market intelligence into priorities and product improvements. Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI experiences, define quality and performance requirements, support enterprise pilots and launches, and manage escalations. Create product documentation, coordinate dependencies, and guide strategy for scalable enterprise AI products.

Documents and analyzes Global People processes, identifies inefficiencies, performs root cause analysis, and designs optimized target-state workflows. Applies Lean Six Sigma, process mining, automation, and AI to improve productivity and reduce waste. Develops process maps, SOPs, KPIs, reports, and improvement backlogs; coaches Operations staff; collaborates with process owners, Product Managers, PMO, and technology teams; and supports change management, implementation, training, and stakeholder adoption.

Build cloud-based AI and machine learning solutions for intelligent enterprise services. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality engineers to deliver scalable software. Translate product requirements into owned solutions spanning design, implementation, testing, and delivery. Apply efficient algorithms, object-oriented design, core AI/ML techniques, unit testing, profiling, and code tuning to create high-quality products and user experiences.

Build backend services and AI systems for legal drafting, review, and search workflows. Model legal knowledge into ontologies, develop retrieval and evaluation infrastructure, test LLM prompts, optimize queries and performance, and deploy solutions with customers. The role also includes occasional frontend work in TypeScript and React, customer collaboration, and end-to-end ownership of product features.

Partner with attorneys to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled legal workflows (prompting, RAG, templates, evaluations). Provide training, change management, governance-aligned guardrails, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate on workflows with cross-functional teams.

Manage deployment, versioning, and lifecycle of AI models across multi-cloud platforms. Define reusable AI patterns (RAG, orchestration, prompts, vectors), build embedding and retrieval pipelines, establish CI/CD and IaC, ensure telemetry and governance, collaborate with security and vendors, and provide platform documentation, training, and technical leadership.

Lead AI adoption and technology operations across UFG brands: drive Copilot and Power Apps deployments, manage vendor and platform relationships (Gorilla Dash, RevScale, NetSuite), coordinate cross-functional delivery of AI features with development and IT, establish governance and ROI reporting, and operationalize AI initiatives from MVP to production.

Build end-to-end merchant-facing features using AI-native workflows (Laravel backend, Vue 3 frontend). Prototype, validate with users, adopt AI tooling, ensure quality and testing for AI-generated code, and collaborate with product and design to ship fast.
