Analyzes data management performance, risk, compliance, trends, and improvement opportunities. Owns metrics and reporting from requirements through insight delivery, develops visualizations and actionable recommendations, and partners with business and control stakeholders. Translates business needs into analytics solutions using Excel, SQL, databases, and Power BI. Supports decision-making, KPI development, data quality validation, risk management, presentations, and small-scale initiatives while coaching others.

Produce and distribute reports and statistical analyses, ensure data integrity, extract and compile data for trend analysis, present findings to management/clients, provide training/coaching, and support performance and quality initiatives.

Collect, validate, and analyze vehicle telematics data (GPS, engine, fuel, driver behavior) to produce dashboards, reports, and recommendations that improve fleet safety, utilization, maintenance scheduling, regulatory compliance, and cost performance. Partner with operations, safety, maintenance, and insurance teams to support risk management, audits, and continuous improvement.
