RSM seeks Workday-savvy finance analysts across multiple levels to support, configure, and secure Workday Finance applications. Responsibilities include first-level support, Workday security design and maintenance, process standardization, enhancements, testing, issue resolution, data analysis, requirements gathering, and governance/compliance support while collaborating with finance, technology, and vendors.

Conduct comprehensive background investigations using virtual teleconferencing, phone, and in-person interviews; review records; resolve material issues; complete multiweek virtual training with mentorship; travel occasionally for temporary duty assignments; maintain productivity using multiple technology systems and a home office.

Greet customers in person and by phone during nights and weekends, direct calls, assist with inquiries about sales/service/parts, manage front desk, perform data entry and provide administrative support.

Lead global operational readiness for acquisitions, divestitures, and go-to-market launches. Design and standardize commercial, packaging, and pricing models; map end-to-end operational workflows; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; drive simplification, documentation, and timely delivery of operational readiness activities enabled by the tech stack.

Greet and direct customers, answer calls, process data entry and filing, handle receipts and plate log, manage appointments and print/email queues, page sales reps, support funding and titling, follow up with customers, and perform miscellaneous administrative duties while upholding company values.

Manage sales order backlog, verify inventory and shipments, support customer account setup, process shipment invoicing, analyze gross profit and operational metrics, generate reports using data cubes and pivot tables, coordinate with sales/warehouse/vendors, and drive process improvements to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Manage field support to drive revenue and improve customer experience through Home Depot store engagement, installer coaching, product training, job site inspections, and operational tasks (inventory counts). Build store and installer relationships, run events and demos, and ensure installation quality and compliance.

Provide systems administration for Linux environments; use automation tools (Chef, Puppet) to manage configurations; manage and administer logging platforms (Splunk or ELK stack); FluentD administration a plus. Work independently and with teams, communicate effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and provide strong customer service and problem solving.

Manage direct material categories, develop supplier relationships, assess supply chain risks, negotiate contracts, and drive cost reductions in alignment with business growth.
