Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the SVP, Investor Relations & Financial Communications. Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, earnings activities, investor engagements, and confidential communications. Manage a $100M+ vehicle portfolio across Central/West territory, optimize resale decisioning and pricing, oversee operational workflow at auction locations, train auction staff, inspect vehicles, analyze market data, and travel frequently to maximize recovery and minimize losses.

Participate in an eight-week rotational training across sales, logistics, and customer service, then transition to a supervisory operations role managing fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance while receiving mentorship for advancement.

Provide end-user support and testing for the Chemical Data Management System (CDMS), act as liaison between users and IT, troubleshoot issues using Excel and SQLI Query Analyzer, support global roll-outs, monitor project status, and ensure system compliance with chemical regulations. Role is scientific but non-lab and requires on-site client work.

Provide production support and administration for the Kofax Capture platform: monitor systems, manage end-to-end batches and QC queues, interface with vendor, support Scan/Indexing teams, assist development with Non-Prod/Production changes, maintain documentation, and support business continuity simulations.

The role involves supporting technical tasks as directed by a supervisor for a temporary or casual assignment within the District.

The Production Assistant will support daily production operations, manage resources, assist with scheduling, and maintain organization throughout the process.

Manage escrow responsibilities for commercial loans, ensuring property taxes are paid and UCC statements filed and maintained. Monitor portfolios for risk, resolve delinquencies, perform due diligence on loan documents, update servicing systems and reports, collaborate with teams, train others, and recommend process improvements.
