The Senior Data Analyst will deliver analytics solutions, develop KPIs and dashboards, conduct advanced analysis, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with stakeholders.

As a Senior Analyst, you will develop data-driven solutions in collaboration with operations teams and deliver insights through reports and dashboards to improve patient outcomes.

Lead the architecture of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, designing models, integrating systems, and ensuring platform governance while collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing performance.

Design, build, and own data infrastructure and ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, S3, Lambda) into a governed Snowflake warehouse. Implement data quality, IaC (Terraform/CDK), CI/CD, and analytics solutions (SQL, Tableau). Enable ML/LLM use cases like forecasting and anomaly detection and deliver automated reporting and data-driven marketing outputs.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and tenant-aware APIs to ingest and transform data from varied sources. Work with event-driven and batch architectures, implement authentication and integration patterns, ensure observability/monitoring, optimize data flows for cost and performance, and collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to onboard and maintain data sources at scale.

Design, build, and maintain data models, pipelines, and access layers to support care delivery, operations, and analytics. Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability while optimizing infrastructure and performance. Serve as a technical leader, review code, set engineering best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Lead market and client-level fundraising data analysis and publish original research and benchmarks. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to produce ROI cases, client insights, and thought leadership. Present findings publicly at conferences, build repeatable insight frameworks and tools, and translate data into persuasive narratives for advancement leaders.

Own and improve dbt models, ELT pipelines, and warehouse architecture (Snowflake or equivalent) to deliver reliable executive KPIs and metric governance. Build data spine for Finance/Operations, enforce data quality/testing, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, FP&A, and Accounting, and influence analytics engineering standards, tooling, and roadmap.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models; collaborate with analysts and data scientists to provision prepared datasets; implement data quality, governance and monitoring; recommend technologies; lead root-cause analysis, code reviews and testing; mentor teammates and support production data environments.

Analyze product and user engagement data to generate insights, build dashboards and reports, design and evaluate A/B tests, define success metrics with product and engineering, ensure data accuracy, and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders to guide product and business strategy.
