Serve as client-facing lead for environmental data management and sustainability strategy. Analyze energy, water, GHG, and waste performance; provide reporting and regulatory guidance; manage vendors and ESG platforms; support green building certifications (LEED, ENERGY STAR); produce high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables; and coordinate multiple projects with strong communication and project management.

Lead supply chain and inventory product strategy, design and ship features for procurement, inventory, traceability, and BOM/MRP sync. Work closely with engineers and factory teams to prototype, run data queries, push code, conduct field research, and measure product impact to solve manufacturing supply chain bottlenecks.

Provide benefits and leave administration, HRIS record management, employee support, and payroll backup. Manage enrollments, QLEs, FMLA/ADA leave tracking, Open Enrollment activities, payroll audits, garnishments, reporting, and HR communications.

Lead and manage the Technology Department, oversee daily IT operations, vendors, networks, security, and data integrity. Work with school leadership to plan budgets, drive IT projects, and provide escalation support for unresolved technical issues while ensuring excellent customer service and alignment with the school's Christian mission.

Greet callers and visitors, answer dealership phones, direct customers, assist sales and admin teams, coordinate dealer trades, maintain Mazda vehicle inventory and certifications (training provided), perform basic accounting entries and daily service deposits, and handle light clerical and customer-facing duties.

Provide administrative support to the STEM department and Dean: coordinate operations, scheduling, records, purchasing, course and web content updates, adjunct contracts, cashiering, student and visitor assistance, event setup, and liaison duties with Burleson ISD and campus maintenance. Participate in continuous improvement and assist with budget and invoice processing.

Provide welcoming, on-floor customer service to drive sales and deliver brand-aligned experiences. Assist with store operations, share customer feedback, support teammates, and perform physical tasks including lifting and merchandising.

Serve as primary contact for order intake, shipment and delivery tracking. Enter sales orders into SAP, verify offers, prepare invoicing schedules, and coordinate with engineering, planning, purchasing, transport, finance, and customers to ensure on-time order processing and acknowledgments.

Manage on-site warehouse and logistics for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. Oversee inventory tracking, material intake/distribution, prefabrication handling, team leadership (6-10 staff), safety compliance, coordination with project and procurement teams, and process/SOP development to ensure efficient material flow and site operations.

Perform hands-on QA/QC for mission-critical data center electrical systems: conduct field inspections, develop/review ITPs, witness FAT/SAT and pre-energization tests, document and close NCRs, prepare test reports and turnover packages, support commissioning/IST, and enforce NEC/NFPA/IEEE/Uptime/TIA-942 compliance and safety protocols.
