The Director, IT Applications will lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization, manage projects and teams, aligning strategies with business goals in a regulated environment.

Lead brand marketing across PR, events, social, content, community, broadcast, OOH, and print. Build and execute annual brand, PR, and events roadmaps, manage agencies, enforce brand guidelines, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teams, and measure/optimize efforts to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Own partner lifecycle and performance for AI and infrastructure providers: recruit, onboard, and enable partners; ensure data hygiene and SLA compliance; translate technical capabilities into marketplace offerings; drive partner performance metrics, QBRs, and platform integrations to accelerate deal velocity and adoption.

Demonstrate wide-format inkjet equipment, deliver customer training, support technical service and sales, develop intermediate print applications, troubleshoot output issues, create SOPs, and track demos and samples.

Provide first-level IT support: create and triage help tickets, perform basic OS/hardware repairs, virus/spyware removal, prepare and deploy computer equipment, train employees, document changes and SOPs, and escalate issues to technicians and engineers.

Serve as front‑desk receptionist and HR administrative support: greet visitors, manage mail/packages, maintain HR records and databases, coordinate onboarding and trainings, prepare payroll action forms and internal communications, schedule and assist staff, and perform general clerical duties.

Build and maintain relationships with regional physicians, hospitals, and facilities to drive referrals and hospital/clinic volume. Conduct in-person outreach, onboard new physicians, support service line promotion, gather market intelligence, track outreach activity, and resolve provider issues. Hybrid role with frequent regional travel and reporting responsibilities.

Support accounting and reporting by preparing journals, reconciliations, and monthly reports; assist monthly close and GAAP-compliant reporting; analyze results and trends to inform decisions; collaborate on process improvements and mentor junior staff; participate in special projects.

Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and variance analyses; manage cash flow forecasting and month/year-end close with external accountants; build financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and business cases; support audits, tax filings, fundraising, board reporting, and automation of reporting processes.

Design, architect, and implement custom enterprise ServiceNow solutions and integrations. Own feature releases, monitoring, and platform health. Customize UI, workflows, catalogs, and knowledge bases. Deliver integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO and Mid Server. Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, translate business needs into solutions, and ensure regulatory/HIPAA compliance.
