Lead and scale Upshops Implementation organization to deliver enterprise SaaS deployments for retail customers. Build and mentor implementation teams, own methodology and delivery standards, manage complex integrations and technical architecture, drive operational excellence, and partner cross-functionally to ensure on-time, in-scope implementations and customer adoption.

Manage day-to-day financial operations for US and Canadian entities including A/R, A/P, bank and credit card reconciliations, expense processing, intercompany and month-end reconciliations, support audits, and improve scalable finance processes.

Manage and monitor west-coast shipments during Pacific business hours, acting as primary contact for customers, carriers, and drivers. Troubleshoot transportation issues, maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems, coordinate with teams for seamless freight execution, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Design user experiences for web and mobile products, conducting user research and prototyping, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance user needs and business goals.

Oversee onboarding and work authorization compliance. Manage visa and immigration processes, coordinate new starter orientation and the first 90-day experience, conduct I-9/E-Verify audits, develop onboarding content, train P&C staff, liaise with leaders and external counsel, and ensure adherence to safety and P&C policies.

Lead enterprise-wide safety strategy across all business units and locations. Develop standardized safety programs, policies, audits, incident/near-miss investigations, training, and OSHA compliance. Build safety dashboards, track leading/lagging indicators, partner with operations and M&A for integration, and drive cultural change and continuous improvement to reduce risk and support scalable growth.
