Conduct targeted research and outbound prospecting into banks, credit unions, fintechs, and platforms via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Book qualified meetings for Account Executives, personalize outreach, hit activity and pipeline targets, keep CRM data accurate, and collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging while learning product and market.

Manage day-to-day Corporate IT operations: oversee MSP relationship and SLAs, administer Microsoft Entra ID and SaaS tooling, handle asset lifecycle and licensing, maintain IT documentation and runbooks, support collaboration platforms and Zoom Rooms, and manage enterprise AI tool procurement and provisioning.

The role involves managing a portfolio of SMB customers, ensuring satisfaction through check-ins, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities while collaborating with internal teams.

Lead product strategy and commercialization for an AGI platform and vertical applications (starting with mortgage). Own platform vs. solution decisions, scale product and design teams globally, partner with GTM/Engineering/Delivery, drive packaging/pricing/positioning, and expand into new verticals and partner ecosystems.
