The Role:
The Corporate IT Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Corporate IT across the organization. This role ensures the effective delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of core IT operations, including SaaS application and vendor management, IT asset lifecycle governance, documentation, identity and access operations, and oversight of the organization's Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Serving as the primary owner of Corporate IT operations, this individual is accountable for maintaining reliable, efficient, and scalable IT services that support employees across the business. This role partners closely with the Cybersecurity & Network Infrastructure team but has a distinct focus on operational execution rather than security strategy or network architecture.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
MSP Management & End-User Support
- Own the day-to-day relationship with the MSP (DevFuzion);
- Track SLA performance and enforce service credit terms when commitments are missed
- Leadmonthly strategic IT reviews and ongoing service review meetings with the MSP
- Support day-to-day Microsoft Entra ID user provisioning and deprovisioning.Handle basic SSO/SCIM troubleshooting
- Maintain oversight and accuracy of the IT asset lifecycle
SaaS, Vendor & License Management
- Own the SaaS/tool portfolio: renewals, seat counts, and vendor relationships, including platforms outside the MSP's managed scope
- Own and complete the ongoing SaaS domain-migration project (Revel domain →Voltera domain), including decommissioning Revel-domain access once migrated
- Track vendor contracts and renewal timing; flag materialspend changes for budget visibility
- TrackSaaS tool requires a security/compliance review before onboarding, or touches identity federation (SCIM/SSO) architecture
Knowledge Management & Collaboration Tool
- Maintain working familiarity across the broader tool stack (M365,Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Provide Zoom Room / meeting AV setup and support
- Provide hands-on in-office end-user support as needed
- Build and maintain SOPs/runbooks.Own and continuously update all Confluence IT documentation
AI Tooling Administration
- Own procurement, licensing, and provisioning for enterprise AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) org-wide, including tracking usage/cost andmaintaining visibility into unsanctioned AI tool usage
MUST-HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, IT Operations, IT Systems Administration, or a related role supporting a growing organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing Corporate IT operations, including SaaS administration, vendor management, software licensing, and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Proven experience managing and partnering with a Managed Service Provider (MSP), including service delivery, SLA management, and vendor performance.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, identity administration, and basic SSO/SCIM support.
- Experience administering enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms, including Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), and endpoint management solutions such as Jamf and/or Microsoft Intune.
- Experience developing and maintaining IT documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base content.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience supporting AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI tools.
- Experience leading SaaS consolidation or domain migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management best practices.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup or technology environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base compensation ($130,000 to $160,000 annually): Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package includes the base salary, bonus, incentive equity compensation, and competitive benefits (medical/vision/dental insurance, matching 401(k), Life Insurance, unlimited vacation/PTO, & EV incentive). Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Relocation benefits are not available.
