As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will identify and engage enterprise accounts, collaborate with sales teams, and create qualified opportunities through personalized outreach and strategic relationship building.

Coordinates multiple customer projects and serves as a liaison among branch managers, project managers, sales staff, and customers. Responsibilities include utility takeoffs, pricing and estimating for private, public, and light mechanical projects, quotation documentation, returns processing, pre-construction meetings, customer communication, and supporting inside-sales development and branch improvement initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of commercial customers by driving platform adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as the primary customer contact, conduct business reviews, provide demonstrations and webinars, communicate updates, resolve and escalate issues, and identify retention risks. Maintain knowledge-center content, support user acceptance testing, assist team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Generates qualified leads for mid-market and enterprise sales teams through outbound phone, webform, and email prospecting. Qualifies, educates, and develops new business opportunities, communicates product value, identifies buying influences, and hands qualified prospects to account executives. Partners with field sales teams on territory planning while managing high-volume activity and rapid turnaround in a hybrid office schedule.

Supports corporate and dealership marketing across websites, digital inventory, advertising, social media, online reputation, promotions, events, and community initiatives. Maintains accurate digital content, coordinates advertising compliance and schedules, assists with copy and creative campaigns, manages social engagement and reviews, and organizes marketing files, calendars, promotional materials, and branding resources.

Bridges technical sales and service delivery by scoping customer requirements, designing and documenting MSP solutions, preparing quotes and proposals, presenting to customers, validating configurations, and supporting project implementation and onboarding. Collaborates with sales, engineering, delivery, installation, and project management teams to ensure accurate handoffs, technical quality, clear documentation, and successful service activation.

Greet and assist members and prospective members, drive membership sales, register participants using Daxko, provide excellent front-desk customer service, conduct guided tours, and support YMCA programs and daily branch operations.

Lead a team developing the Flink Control Plane, managing job orchestration, architectural leadership, and mentoring engineers while ensuring code quality and operational excellence.

Builds member relationships by assessing financial needs and recommending loan, deposit, and account products. Underwrites and processes consumer loans, opens accounts and certificates, resolves account concerns, promotes credit union services, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, and supports branch production goals. The role is fully on-site and involves confidential member interactions, relationship development, and cross-selling financial products.
