Perform end-to-end incident response and proactive threat hunting across corporate IT and OT/ICS environments. Triage alerts from SIEM, EDR, NDR, and OT platforms; run hypothesis-driven hunts; tune detections and SOAR playbooks; produce incident reports, metrics, and remediation guidance while coordinating with engineering and operations to protect operational systems.

Lead the Personal Lines and Small Commercial business unit, owning P&L, strategy, growth, profitability, team development, carrier relationships, compliance, and operational excellence to drive client retention and scalable processes.

Lead and coach a field-based mid-market sales team (6–8 AEs) to deliver new business revenue for ERP/SaaS solutions across North America. Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, hiring, BDR alignment, and cross-functional collaboration while acting as a player-coach on major deals and driving sales process and performance improvements.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President/CEO and Executive Team, managing calendars, travel, communications, donor/stakeholder tracking, board meeting logistics, filing, budgets, and event coordination. Maintain contact lists, track call reports, manage HubSpot pipelines, prepare expense reports and minutes, support media/podcast coordination, and assist with office operations and special projects while upholding the organization's faith-based mission.

Assist sales and project teams with contract administration, purchasing coordination, delivery scheduling, and customer communication. Maintain project records, track milestones and lead times, prepare documentation, and learn industry products and processes through training and hands-on mentorship.
