Manage full contract lifecycle for assigned product and service categories: draft and negotiate contracts, monitor performance and compliance (HIPAA, OIG, ISO-9001), run bid processes, interact with vendors and internal departments, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support value analysis and standardization to achieve cost savings.

Build full-stack features for robotics platform: own data model, Go backend services, and React/TypeScript front-ends. Develop internal tooling, realtime telemetry/video pipelines (WebRTC/WebSockets/gRPC/Zenoh), and operator interfaces. Collaborate on infrastructure and performance debugging in a hybrid, startup environment.

Process and code vendor invoices, execute payments (check, ACH, wire), maintain AP records, resolve vendor/payment discrepancies, support vendor relations, ensure compliance and organized recordkeeping, and provide clerical support to the Finance team.

Provide paralegal support for direct legal services and Second Chance Clinics: client intake, legal research, case preparation, recordkeeping, community outreach, referrals, and data tracking under attorney supervision to help clients obtain record relief and address barriers to employment, housing, and licensing.

Manage daily accounting operations, maintain the general ledger, prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations, ensure policy compliance, support accounting systems, and lead and train accounting staff while providing management reporting.

Provide administrative and legal assistant support to the WVUHS Legal Services Supervisor and counsel, including front-desk reception, phone and email triage, document preparation and execution, contract file management, contract database administration, sanction/vendor checks, filing, and assisting with presentations and internal stakeholder communications.
