Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, tax and filing compliance, and audit coordination. Partner with security, legal, people, operations, and business leaders on tool guidance, verification, human review, and risk controls. Measure adoption through usage, workflow reuse, quality, cycle time, business value, and responsible-use signals.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for aerospace, defense, government, and commercial programs. Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, mitigate supply chain risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain continuity of supply. Lead cost-reduction, value-engineering, supplier qualification, NPI, and performance initiatives while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Contracts, Finance, and Program Management. Analyze supplier, spend, market, and commodity data and present recommendations to leadership.

Leads the organization’s individual giving program by managing approximately 125 donors and prospects, cultivating relationships, soliciting and closing gifts, and building a sustainable fundraising pipeline.
