Provide on-site IT operations and facilities support for offices and warehouse environments. Manage hardware, networking, MDM/SSO/IAM, endpoint security, ticketing, device lifecycle, and escalations. Ensure SLA-driven ticket resolution, root-cause remediation, documentation, and operational standards. Lead small IT projects and partner with Facilities, Security, Networking, and People Ops to maintain reliable systems and compliance.

Provide first-level IT support for retail locations: intake and triage tickets, perform Level 1 troubleshooting, document resolutions, escalate complex issues, assist under supervision with Level 2 tasks, hardware/peripheral setups, basic network/UCaaS/VoIP/printer/CCTV support, and help with project deployments under manager direction.

Maintain office premises and IT assets: perform floor walks, coordinate maintenance with building reps and offshore IT, manage VC equipment and FedEx shipping, maintain asset records, lead office fit-outs, assist CXOs, support events/tradeshows, reconcile expenses, and be flexible for weekend/holiday support.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.
