Lead financial and accounting operations including internal controls, audits, budgeting, cash management, tax and audit coordination, job costing and P&L reporting. Oversee payroll, commissions, benefits administration, employee performance management, vendor insurance and surety relationships, and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Develop legal strategy, manage outside counsel and legal budgets, lead the in-house legal team, advise executive leadership and the board, monitor legal/regulatory changes, support risk management and crisis response, and maintain relationships with regulators and stakeholders.

Coordinate and support all student testing activities: create exams and checklists, manage sign-in and scanning, enter materials into assessment software, communicate with students and proctors, process proctor compensation, ensure exam supplies, and assist the Assistant Dean with exam processes and technology.

Host high-energy live sports card breaks, engage and build relationships with collectors, collaborate with marketing to create social content, represent the brand at events, handle cards and orders accurately, and contribute ideas to grow the live-breaks community.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CRO/President and CPO: manage complex calendars, plan executive meetings and offsites, coordinate travel and expenses, prepare executive presentations and correspondence, act as strategic gatekeeper for stakeholders, and track action items to ensure cross-departmental alignment between Revenue and Product.

Own the post-sale lifecycle for enterprise accounts, drive GRR/NRR, manage renewals and expansions, run executive reviews and success plans, boost product adoption, use AI-assisted tooling for efficiency, forecast renewals, document outcomes in Gainsight, and collaborate with Product and Sales to surface case studies and customer-driven product improvements.
