Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of consumer accounts: develop full-funnel media plans, run testing and optimizations, analyze performance to inform creative and business recommendations, partner with creative/measurement/platform teams, surface emerging opportunities, and mentor junior strategists.

The Director of Digital Strategy & eCommerce at Virgin Voyages will lead revenue performance across digital channels while developing creative acquisition strategies, optimizing booking experiences, and managing a team to ensure a cohesive digital ecosystem.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements. Support property accounting by processing rent deposits, scanning mail, handling tenant communications, preparing tax and ledger reports, maintaining scanners, mailing checks and 1099s, and ensuring payments post to correct accounts. Perform routine transactions and administrative tasks to maintain accuracy and efficiency across the accounting team.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) remote customer support: answer product/service questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, and handle inquiries and complaints.

Manage and grow lending market and portfolio; originate, underwrite, close and service commercial, consumer and residential loans within limits; monitor repayment and credit quality; handle collections and charge-offs; present loans to loan committee; support business development and cross-selling; ensure documentation, compliance and customer relationship management.

Lead and manage a compliance assurance team to build and run a compliance management system. Develop and execute monitoring, testing, risk assessments, reporting, root cause analysis, and provide regulatory guidance across core bank and fintech partners. Support audits, examinations, and present findings to senior leadership and the Board.

Lead compensation benchmarking, administer annual salary and bonus planning, evaluate and classify jobs, maintain Workday compensation data, prepare reports and market analyses, advise HR and managers on pay decisions, and support compensation projects and policy recommendations to ensure competitive, compliant total rewards.

Serve as primary client contact managing account health, project timelines, budgets, contracts, and cross-functional teams. Translate data and strategy into opportunities, write creative briefs, resolve conflicts, and pursue renewals and growth.
