Monitors and oversees central payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely pay distribution, records maintenance, personnel actions, deductions, overtime, and salary updates. Reviews payroll documents, resolves issues with accounting, advises managers and employees on payroll policies and union requirements, supervises support staff, handles exceptional pay actions, supports arbitration documentation, and recommends payroll system and process improvements.

The role requires maintaining customer records, collaborating with installation and service teams, and delivering professional communication and customer service in residential settings.

Improve component consistency, information hierarchy, progressive disclosure, and usability; resolve ambiguous product problems; and iterate based on team and user feedback. The role is hybrid in Redwood City, California, two days per week, and offered as a full-time contract with potential contract-to-hire.
