The Partner Systems & Analytics Specialist manages technology and data infrastructure for the Alliance organization, overseeing platform ownership, Salesforce integration, and partner-specific reporting aligned with commercial and operational strategies.

Develop employer relationships to create employment and internship opportunities for job seekers, perform cold calling and presentations, meet placement quotas, accompany candidates to interviews, coordinate with EBS staff, attend networking and marketing events, and report placements. Requires travel across NYC boroughs and occasional out-of-state travel.

Lead architecture and design of a next-generation centralized authentication platform, define target-state credential consolidation, guide vendor-agnostic SDK design, evaluate integrations (Transmit, Ping, passkeys), set standards for MFA/session management/federation, ensure compliance and resilience, document technical debt and ADRs, and mentor engineering teams through a multi-year modernization.

Build and deliver backend Node.js services using JavaScript/TypeScript; design RESTful APIs and microservices; write high-coverage tests; use Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, performance tooling, and cloud platforms; troubleshoot and profile services in Linux.

Lead day-to-day IT operations and end-user support, manage/mentor support staff or vendors, oversee endpoint lifecycle and SaaS/identity administration, own executive and A/V support, drive process improvements, documentation, asset management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional onboarding/offboarding and compliance procedures.

Provide classroom instruction following teacher lesson plans and manage classroom duties. Supervise middle school students after school, oversee check-in/check-out, monitor safety, address behavior and health incidents, complete reports, and communicate student concerns to school leadership.

The role involves building AI-native applications and agents in a customer-embedded setting, focusing on rapid prototyping, full-stack engineering, and aligning solutions with business outcomes. It requires strong technical and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver measurable ROI.

Provide administrative and logistical support to chapter leadership and teams including development, programs, communications, finance, volunteer coordination, event support, office management, and board meeting arrangements. Handle phone and front-desk duties, process invoices and payments, maintain databases, assist with volunteer screening and training, and perform occasional travel within the chapter territory.

Plan and run digital marketing campaigns on Xiaohongshu, Instagram and other channels; collaborate with KOLs and micro-influencers; create and edit social content; manage brand accounts and community engagement; support online/offline promotions; analyze user behavior and content performance to optimize growth.
