The role requires a JD, DC bar admission, and 4–5 years of relevant government contracts experience.

Manage and improve HR operations across the employee lifecycle for a growing, multi-site organization. Own HRIS workflows, integrations, permissions, reporting, data audits, SOPs, process automation, compliance documentation, and operational metrics. Lead cross-functional process-improvement initiatives involving HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Operations. Troubleshoot systems, support implementations, and supervise one HR Operations team member.

The Key Account Manager develops new customers, manages existing client relationships, and sells environmental laboratory services within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include consultative selling, closing sales, preparing quotations, forecasting revenue, meeting sales goals, delivering client presentations, attending trade shows, maintaining reports, and supporting promotional events. The role requires environmental or laboratory industry knowledge, CRM experience, strong communication skills, extensive travel, and flexibility to work outside normal business hours.

Provides independent IT support for employees, including hardware and software installation, network and server administration, phone system support, email and antivirus administration, troubleshooting, user training, vendor coordination, procurement assistance, and IT project leadership. The role also monitors security and backup protocols, coordinates with technical teams, resolves technology issues, and provides end-user support through telephone, in-person, and online channels.

Administer cybersecurity platforms, manage ThreatLocker and Microsoft 365 security tools, conduct vulnerability and patch management, respond to incidents, enforce system hardening, and support IT infrastructure. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, IT, and business partners throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This six-month contract requires strong organization, discretion, flexibility, and onsite work four days per week in Redwood City.

Manages the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, hiring paperwork, and applicant tracking. Maintains employee records and HRIS data, partners with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, analyzes labor market trends, supports employer branding, and tracks recruitment metrics. The role also participates in career fairs and networking events, ensures employment-law compliance, and promotes a positive candidate and employee experience.

Coordinates and delivers employee training, including CPR, First Aid, AED, crisis management, medication administration, mental health, orientation, and regulatory training. Maintains training records, tracks compliance and annual training hours, reports issues to management, develops individualized training, and supports staff education and continuing regulatory updates.
