Drive awareness and adoption of Annex's High Value Homeowners product by engaging retail agents, reviewing submissions, advising on appetite and placement strategy, running trainings and outreach, partnering with underwriting and tech to improve submission quality, and shaping go-to-market strategy for high-value homeowners.

Own Meshy’s developer ecosystem: build and manage communities, create production-ready demo apps and technical content using 3D tools, drive API adoption, run events/hackathons, provide frontline developer support, and feed developer insights into Product and Engineering.

Administer weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for multi-state small-business clients. Import time data, process payroll changes, maintain records and reports, submit 401k and HSA contributions, resolve payroll issues, and maintain expertise in payroll, HRIS and related systems while ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding/offboarding, employee records and compliance, recruitment logistics, HR program administration (bonuses, intern program), equity and immigration assistance, reporting and HR metrics, and support HR projects.

Provide hands-on IT operations support: manage hardware asset and laptop lifecycles, device provisioning and imaging, license inventory, desktop services, patching, system monitoring, troubleshooting and vendor coordination. Serve as escalation point for support desk incidents, track/report support metrics and security alerts, maintain documentation and change records, and collaborate on onboarding/offboarding, projects, user training, and process improvements.

Lead complex communications and creative accounts from strategy through execution. Serve as trusted client advisor, manage projects and teams, mentor juniors, ensure quality, drive process improvements and organic growth, and coordinate cross-disciplinary work including digital and multimedia.

Support outside sales and account executives by producing detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical customer presentations. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and service teams to design systems that meet customer needs and budgets while following KNAPP sales processes.

Sell Toyota vehicles by generating appointments and achieving 12-15 sales/month through floor traffic and outreach. Greet and assist customers, quote pricing, present and demonstrate new/used vehicles, learn product lines, build rapport, follow up via phone/email/text, and maintain customer satisfaction. Weekends required; valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record needed.

Lead annual and multi-year financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide strategic financial insights, oversee project/program financials, manage sponsored programs and federal grant compliance, and apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to support leadership decision-making and Board reporting.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and other executives: manage complex calendars, travel, and stakeholder communications; upload board materials to Boardvantage; coordinate legal document execution, board minutes, and confidential records; assist compliance tracking and audits; support cross-functional projects, process improvements, and manage department budgets, invoices, POs, and vendor relationships.
