Field-based Sales Representative who conducts on-site roof inspections, meets homeowners, presents tailored roofing solutions, guides customers through the sales process, manages appointments and follow-ups, and maintains strong communication, organization, and customer service while working independently in the local market.

Outside sales role responsible for identifying and closing new IT business, managing full sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, presenting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure solutions, and meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance. Manage supply and demand planning for OEM service parts by aligning demand with purchasing and manufacturing, overseeing MRP and inventory control, supporting S&OP, driving process improvements, evaluating ECN impacts, producing inventory forecasts and KPI reports, and collaborating with sourcing, PLM, engineering, and factories to optimize stock, consolidation, and part disposition.

Lead implementation and administration of contract lifecycle management and e-billing systems; manage entity formation, UCC filings, and multi-jurisdictional records; support corporate, financing, and project transactions from diligence through closing; draft and coordinate transactional documentation; collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Compliance to meet transaction timelines and improve legal operations.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the university flight school, ensuring FAA/TSA/VA compliance and a strong safety culture (SMS). Oversee senior staff (maintenance, training, operations, safety, administration), manage budget and resources, drive student success, acquire assets, and represent the program to university and industry stakeholders.

Provide day-to-day account management for small to mid-sized commercial clients, handling onboarding, policy changes, data entry, billing inquiries, claims assistance, remarketing, and supporting Insurance Advisors to ensure accurate, timely service and client retention.

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and AV systems; troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity; assist onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and device setup; maintain IT asset records, ticket documentation, and support cybersecurity and compliance (HIPAA) efforts; escalate complex issues and participate in IT projects and process improvements.

Provide operational and administrative support to the fundraising team: manage grants calendar and documentation, update donor databases, run donor stewardship and communications, prepare materials for meetings, maintain fundraising systems and public charity profiles, and support cross-departmental alignment and fundraising best practices.
