Serve as primary client contact to provide service, retain business, identify insurance needs, process and review insurance documentation, support renewals, calculate commissions, ensure compliance, and perform administrative duties.

Develop and maintain Grafana-based operations dashboards for cloud DevSecOps applications. Design secure solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment, integrate application APIs and monitoring tools, collaborate with security and technical teams, support accreditation requirements, and maintain detailed documentation. The role uses Go, Linux, scripting, AWS, CI tools, databases, Elasticsearch, and container technologies.

Coordinates branding, marketing, communications, and business integration workstreams across four acquired companies. Maintains project plans, milestones, dependencies, task ownership, status reports, and risk tracking. Supports brand asset updates, website and domain transfers, marketing asset archives, communications, events, vendor coordination, and stakeholder follow-up. Partners with marketing, creative, legal, integration, business teams, and the M&A Program Manager to support organizational transition and business optimization initiatives.

Leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, contracting, compliance oversight, supplier performance, cost improvement, and risk mitigation. Manages and develops the sourcing and contracting team, approves supplier recommendations and commercial terms, oversees RFQ/RFP processes, monitors supplier scorecards and corrective actions, and serves as the escalation point for complex supplier and contract matters. Partners with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Project Management to strengthen manufacturing supply chain performance and audit readiness.

Manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll for parishes, missions, and schools; ensure accurate wage rates, deductions, tax withholding, and compliance with federal and state laws. Handle position management, benefits and retirement coordination, leave accounting, and Form W-2 accuracy. Identify process improvements, work cross-departmentally, maintain confidentiality, and perform other payroll and compliance duties supporting the Diocese's mission.

Executes integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, SMS, digital advertising, web, social, and sales channels. Manages campaign testing, segmentation, automation, reporting, customer-facing collateral, content libraries, social calendars, and publishing. Coordinates cross-functional marketing workflows, timelines, approvals, and deliverables while improving operational efficiency. Supports product launches, newsletters, ABM, nurture programs, executive outreach, and performance optimization.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and optimizes full-stack product features using React and Python. Develops GraphQL integrations, scalable backend services, data visualizations, analytics instrumentation, and production-ready platform capabilities. Contributes to UX workflows, CI/CD, monitoring, code quality, and stakeholder updates while collaborating in agile sprints and evaluating new technologies.
