Position Summary:
The Associate, Insurance Management supports the Vice President, Insurance Management with the administration and management of key Department workflows. The position holds primary responsibility within the Department for data management, policy administration, vendor compliance, claims reporting and administration, and payment processing.
Essential Functions:
- Administer the Riskonnect ClearSight Risk Management Information System (RMIS) by maintaining accurate policy, exposure, premium, claims, and financial transaction data; collaborate with the ClearSight technical team on process improvements, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance;
- Manage the Business Credentialing Services (BCS) insurance certificate tracking program by monitoring the proprietary data platform and supervising work performed by BCS personnel, resolving compliance deficiencies with the assistance of internal and external stakeholders, and managing the annual vendor contract renewal;
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools into new and existing systems, processes, and departmental workflows;
- Report and track claims activity, including documentation, financials and loss runs, settlement recommendations, and communications with internal and external stakeholders; coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs), monitor losses and payments under self-insured retentions and loss funds, and prepare loss history reports in support of renewals, self-insurance evaluations, and loss ration reporting;
- Process insurance-related invoices in Matrix, the internal accounting system, perform premium allocations, and record related financial transactions in the RMIS;
- Support insurance placements and policy administration by reviewing binders, policies, and invoices;
- Prepare insurance program and claims reports for internal and external stakeholders that provide an overview of key performance indicators, trend analysis, and benchmarking; support related departmental initiatives, process improvements, and data analytics; and any other duties and special projects as business needs require

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Completion or commencement of coursework toward one or more insurance and risk management certifications including CIC, CRM and CPCU preferred
Experience:
Minimum of five years of insurance or risk management experience with an in-house risk management department, insurance brokerage firm, insurance carrier, third-party administrator, or similar organization.
Other Skills:
- Experience with Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) preferred.
Work Environment:
- Collaborative team environment with colleagues located in Dallas and London.
- Hybrid work schedule, with the majority of work performed in the office.
