Prepare, document, and manage SBA loan closings from approval through funding and post-closing review. Verify compliance with SBA SOPs and banking regulations, coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and third-party vendors, maintain loan files, perform post-closing audits, and ensure exceptions are tracked and resolved.

Serve as the joint operational and administrative partner to two Deans, coordinating academic operations, curriculum and assessment administration, faculty and student academic processes, accreditation support, and cross-functional projects. Manage calendars, reporting, committee operations, and institutional initiatives while fostering collaboration, process improvement, and consistent business practices across both Schools.

Serve as the dealerships front-line contact: answer phones, greet customers, direct visitors, notify sales/service staff, schedule appointments, type correspondence, and provide general administrative and front-desk support while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence.

Own and validate firm-wide AUM and flow data, produce recurring and ad-hoc analytics and dashboards, reconcile across systems, drive automation and process improvements, present insights to senior management, and support board, earnings, and regulatory reporting with strong data governance.

Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, take messages, receive deliveries and donations, provide information about services, and perform routine clerical tasks (typing, filing). Maintain attendance, operate switchboard, sort documents, and handle light to moderate lifting (25-50 lbs.).

Manage the organization's travel, expense reimbursement, and corporate credit card programs. Process expense reports accurately and timely, ensure policy and IRS compliance, provide employee training and support, liaise with travel vendors, interpret invoices, generate reports from accounting systems, and protect confidential information while supporting the organization's mission.
