Provide administrative and organizational support to Production, Sales, and Quality Control teams in a boat manufacturing environment. Lead cross-functional ASIC new-product introductions from concept through production sustainment. Manage schedules, risks, BOM/POR, stakeholders, quality, cost targets, documentation, and program improvements while coordinating Engineering, Test, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
