Handle internet prospects and follow up leads, maintain CRM records, stay current on inventory and vehicle specs, support sales team, and use equity mining tools to drive dealership traffic and conversions.

Create and update 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, BOMs and engineering drawings in SolidWorks; perform design calculations, process change requests, and apply engineering standards and codes.

Support the Chief Compliance Officer administering the firm's SEC compliance program. Maintain policies and disclosures (Form ADV, marketing rule), evaluate regulatory risk, deliver training, respond to inquiries, administer Code of Ethics, and coordinate required regulatory reviews and reporting.

Assist customers in selecting vehicles, deliver test drives and demonstrations, follow a proven sales process, build customer relationships, provide post-sale follow-up, and work with the dealership team to meet sales goals. Paid training provided.
