Install, configure, and support Epic client applications (Hyperspace, Interconnect, print services) across desktops, mobile, and virtual platforms. Lead general ledger accounting for cash and prepaid asset accounts, own month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, perform advanced reconciliations and troubleshooting, collaborate with AP/Treasury/IT, support audits, improve close processes through automation, and present analyses to finance leadership.

Own email marketing and CRM end-to-end: list growth, segmentation, lifecycle workflows, campaign execution, A/B testing, data integrity, HubSpot implementation, and reporting that ties email activity to bookings while partnering with sales.
