Own and scale Pivotal Health’s pro forma request queue, producing financial models that estimate client IDR revenue and determine deal fees. Partner with Sales and eventually Customer Success on live deal requests, maintain a one- to two-day turnaround, develop expertise in IDR economics, and contribute to evolving the model strategically. The role requires strong analytical, spreadsheet, pricing, and deal-sizing skills, attention to detail, and composure under high volume.

Create editorial reading lists, author recommendations, and short-form social content to help indie, hybrid, and small-press authors reach new readers. Build relationships with authors and book communities, support Tertulia for Authors, and monitor content performance to guide future experiments. This is a remote, part-time, three-month fellowship requiring 15 hours per week.

Processes vendor invoices and payments, reconciles statements, maintains accounts payable records, resolves billing inquiries, assists with month-end closing, and supports finance administration. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and familiarity with accounting software.
