Manage earned media PR for consumer brands: media relations, pitching, award programs, project timelines, budgets, and events. Use tools like Monday/Asana, Substack/Qwoted, and AI (Claude/ChatGPT) to streamline research, drafting, reporting, and outreach while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support and oversee multiple consumer finance branches: make loan decisions, process and close loans, manage collections, assist with hiring/training, drive business development and ensure high customer service and operational compliance.
