Oversees student billing, collections, refunds, tuition calculation, and related business services. Manages Accounts Receivable, Cashiering, Collections, and fee disbursement; reconciles Banner and state accounting systems; publishes tuition and fees; develops policies and procedures; supervises staff; coordinates billing, 1098-T production, deferred payment plans, and interdepartmental financial controls.

Perform teller and platform transactions, handle cash/check deposits and withdrawals, balance cash drawers and ATMs, open/process accounts, promote and refer bank products to meet sales goals, assist customers and handle inquiries, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

Lead global brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for Sonic, spanning social, PR, influencer, digital, paid media, creative, content, experiential and partnerships. Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop creative assets, track campaign performance and brand health, leverage consumer insights to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities across markets and categories, and mentor junior marketers to drive measurable business results and franchise growth.

Provide senior-level business and data analysis for the TIERS eligibility system: lead JAD sessions, define requirements, run complex SQL to validate data quality and rules, and design dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures to support operations and decision-making.

Lead 3D NAND process integration and technology qualification to meet product performance, reliability, and yield targets. Define process flows/specs, lead multidisciplinary teams for PRQ and manufacturing transfer, troubleshoot Si issues, use statistical tools for data-driven improvements, and drive continuous yield and reliability improvements into high-volume production.
