Manages pre-award research administration for a portfolio of principal investigators, including funding opportunity reviews, proposal preparation and submission, budget development, compliance checks, electronic applications, sponsor communication, and award transitions. Collaborates with internal teams, sponsors, and partner institutions while ensuring adherence to federal regulations, institutional policies, and sponsor requirements.

Leads transportation solution design, implementation, process improvement, pricing, and project execution for land transport services across the Americas and EMEA. Supports RFI/RFP responses, customer presentations, requirements discovery, process mapping, TMS implementations, testing, training, and post-sales support. Develops engineering and pricing models, evaluates financial risks, manages product roadmaps, researches market trends, and collaborates with commercial, operations, engineering, technology, and customer teams to deliver cost-effective supply chain solutions.

Lead systems engineering for large-scale naval communications programmes across lifecycle phases: requirements, solution architecture, design, IVVQ, deployment and through-life support. Provide technical leadership, manage multifunctional teams, maintain design baselines, mitigate technical risks, and produce design validation and certification documentation.

Conduct HR compliance audits, analyze employment-law data, identify risks, and report findings to leadership. Validate HR and scheduling system configurations, develop UAT scripts, submit government reports including EEO-1, monitor corrective actions, and improve compliance processes. Partner with HR, restaurant operations, and field leaders while safeguarding confidential information.
