Provides front-desk reception and administrative support in a nonprofit office. Greets and directs clients, manages sign-in logs and appointments, answers calls, performs data entry, supports internal audits, maintains supplies, handles mail, monitors visitor access, and processes petty cash, checks, and deposits.
