Use HR data to identify risks and recommend equitable solutions, support learning and development, coach managers, implement HR programs, and contribute to policy updates and cross-departmental initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Own the post-implementation lifecycle for high-value enterprise customers: drive adoption, retention, and expansion; run business reviews and renewals; coordinate feature rollouts and support; surface customer insights to Product; and develop scalable Customer Success processes.
