Coordinate internal and external teams, translate performance into customer-facing value narratives, prioritize work to protect specialist capacity, and develop repeatable Customer Success playbooks and operating standards to scale outcomes and drive renewals and expansion.

Lead full-scope finance and accounting for a growing hospitality startup: oversee cafe and HQ accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, investor/board reporting, partner unit-economics, and financial systems. Build processes and a scalable accounting team, support capital strategy and fundraising, and translate operational data into strategic financial recommendations.

Own end-to-end outbound GTM: build target lists, run deliverable multi-channel campaigns (email/LinkedIn/SMS), use AI for personalization, book and qualify meetings, manage pipeline to close, run conference outreach, and optionally build marketing to keep leads warm.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems including LLM-powered agents, tool-integration pipelines, model evaluation and monitoring infrastructure, and agent orchestration. Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to prototype, optimize, and productionize RL and agent orchestration approaches while ensuring reliability and scalability in a fast-moving startup.

Lead end-to-end SaaS customer implementations: own project plans, drive discovery, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure go-live readiness, validate outcomes, and transition to Customer Success.
