Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business selling liquid and bulk industrial gas products to Food/Beverage, Metals, Pharma and Chemical industries. Prospect, prepare proposals, negotiate complex contracts, grow wallet share, collaborate across product and technical teams, and cover territory with overnight travel.

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI controls for packaging machinery. Create electrical schematics and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical, specify components, lead projects from concept through FAT and customer acceptance, ensure UL/CE/CSA safety compliance, and support sales, assembly, procurement, and service. Travel 10–20%.

Provide counsel on employment, benefits and compensation law; handle employment-related litigation and administrative charges; advise management on FMLA, FLSA, discrimination and leave laws; draft and negotiate legal documents; train HR and leaders; monitor legislation, perform risk assessments, and manage outside counsel.

Lead SWA's HR function for ~110 employees, partnering with leadership on HR strategy, culture, talent acquisition, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, payroll/HRIS, and immigration. Manage and mentor HR and TA managers, oversee vendor relationships and annual reporting, resolve employee relations issues, and drive a people-first, inclusive workplace while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient HR operations.
