The Systems Engineer III is responsible for advanced engineering, escalation support, project leadership, and deployment of cloud and hybrid solutions. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent documentation, and mentoring of engineers in a fast-paced managed services environment.

Build Anterior’s People function and distinctive company culture as it scales from 40 to 50+ employees. Own performance reviews, feedback, development, onboarding, compensation, leveling, workforce planning, hiring strategy, recruiting partners, talent pipelines, employer branding, ATS operations, automation, funnel metrics, and candidate experience. Partner closely with founders, leadership, Marketing, Engineering, and hiring managers while personally executing the work.

The ABM Lead will build and execute personalized account-based marketing campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include partnering with account executives on complex deals, creating sales enablement materials, managing paid media budgets, developing competitive positioning, and addressing deal objections. Success is measured by revenue growth, deal velocity, pipeline quality, net-new ARR, and expansion revenue.

Own the data migration product experience as customers transition from legacy platforms to WebPT’s future platform. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, QA, customer success, support, and delivery partners to define migration strategies, prioritize backlogs, translate workflows into requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, gather customer feedback, and ensure reliable cutovers with data continuity across operational, transactional, and financial states.

Develop and maintain the credit union’s risk-based internal audit program, including annual planning, audit objectives, control reviews, testing, risk assessments, and independent reviews. Identify deficiencies, evaluate compliance with policies, regulations, financial controls, and industry standards, recommend corrective actions, and verify remediation. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, technical, and financial report interpretation skills, with occasional overnight travel.

Provide general clerical and office support: scheduling, document preparation, communication handling, record-keeping, meeting/event coordination, office supplies and vendor liaison, travel booking, and compliance with safety and security procedures including airport-specific training and background checks.

Lead the firm's accounting and finance functions, oversee month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, project profitability analysis, audits, and mentor the accounting team while partnering with executive and operational leaders to improve financial performance.

Sell Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to new and existing clients by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities. Build trusted relationships with senior executives, prepare proposals, demo software, manage opportunities in a CRM, collaborate with partners and internal pre/post-sales teams, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Role requires frequent travel.

Own consolidated operating model, budgeting, forecasting, and rolling cash/P&L forecasts across multi-entity SaaS. Build reconciled reporting data layer (NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub), maintain performance dashboards, run variance and unit-economics analysis, and produce board and management reporting. Drive automation and controlled AI adoption to improve forecasting, reporting, and analytics workflows.

Own value creation strategy and execution across a private equity portfolio of skilled trades businesses. Build 100-day plans, identify growth and margin improvement levers, quantify EBITDA impact, track initiatives through KPI infrastructure, and support exit preparation. Partner directly with portfolio company operators, finance teams, and firm leadership to execute improvements, benchmark performance, and document defensible value creation results.
