Provide high-touch executive support and manage corporate and satellite office operations and facilities. Lead execution of Healthy Gamer's coaching product strategy across 1-on-1 and group coaching. Define PRDs, track conversion/LTV/retention, optimize client funnels and UX, partner with dev/design/data/marketing, own dashboards and reporting, and surface tradeoffs between coaching, memberships, and platform priorities.
