Translate developmental materials processes into repeatable, scalable manufacturing while driving root-cause analysis, corrective action, safety, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with equipment and process engineering teams in a resource-constrained startup environment.

Manages GreenLight Miami’s programmatic work, including community research, landscape analysis, portfolio organization selection, due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and program execution. Tracks portfolio performance, analyzes data, prepares reports and decision materials, maintains management systems, coordinates milestones, identifies network best practices, and leads events showcasing portfolio impact.

Assist in ensuring quality in mobile and web applications as a QA Analyst by creating test plans, executing tests, and documenting issues.

Leads and develops Arizona sales representatives, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and accountability.
