The role independently investigates problems and delivers tested, documented solutions while escalating architectural decisions to the RevOps Manager.

Create, film, edit, and publish organic social content across multiple platforms; write captions and scripts; engage with online communities; track social and event performance; maintain content archives and calendars; and support planning and on-site execution of community events. Build relationships with attorneys, staff, vendors, schools, and community partners while representing the firm at activations.
