It requires logistics or freight-forwarding experience, freight pricing knowledge, customer service skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel to support national operations.

Support Exa’s go-to-market organization by optimizing sales and customer success processes, analyzing business performance, managing vendors, maintaining revenue operations, creating enterprise sales materials, running growth experiments, enabling sales teams, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives and strategic deals.

Provides technical leadership for digital safety, online safety, and cybersecurity programs. Designs and improves technical approaches, training, curricula, tools, and knowledge products; manages workstreams, budgets, consultants, deliverables, and implementation risks; engages partners and donors; conducts research and translates evidence into practical recommendations; supports proposals, business development, presentations, and organizational learning.

Manages HUD-affordable housing community operations, staff supervision, resident services, leasing, occupancy, compliance, inspections, collections, budgeting, reporting, vendors, and customer service. Oversees HUD recertifications, agency compliance, financial performance, property maintenance, resident events, employee development, and operational policies. Requires residential property management and lease-up experience, Section 8 compliance knowledge, supervisory ability, financial expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and OneSite/Yardi software.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to customer and online inquiries, follow up on leads and quotes, identify customer needs, recommend trailer products, and maintain lead information. Assist with Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, and other marketing activities by creating basic content, product photos, videos, and promotions. Build customer relationships, support sales opportunities, and collaborate with management in a small, in-person team.

Sell life insurance through agency referrals, existing client books, life reviews, and self-generated opportunities. Conduct appointments, prospecting calls, follow-ups, presentations, and closings. Partner with agency teams on joint sales, visit agencies to identify opportunities, assist with case design and pipeline management, and coach agency staff to improve life insurance production.

Supports client accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable communications, invoice organization, payment processing, vendor inquiries, financial record maintenance, and customer payment documentation. The intern also contributes to process improvements and special projects, attends meetings and training, visits clients, and works with mentors to establish professional development goals while gaining GAAP-based accounting experience.
