Lead LAN/WAN Engineer providing design, analysis, implementation, and operational support for complex networks. Acts as technical leader, advises stakeholders, leads small teams, and delivers expertise in multi-vendor routing, switching, tunnels, spine-and-leaf architectures, and network monitoring/management.

Lead design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise LAN/WAN, routing/switching, VPN, wireless, VoIP, load balancing, and cloud networking. Ensure security and compliance (IDS/IPS, MFA, zero trust, NIST/ISO/HIPAA), respond to audits/pen tests, mentor team members, and lead network projects to maximize performance, scalability, and resiliency.

Lead design and execution of Force Management's partner ecosystem and co-sell GTM motions. Build partner segmentation and playbooks, operationalize joint sales plays, own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline metrics, maintain executive partner relationships, align cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing/RevOps/Product/Delivery, and launch partner-driven vertical and market expansion initiatives.

Primary IT resource for a ~60-person Mac-first organization: handle laptop lifecycle, account provisioning, SaaS administration (Okta, M365, Slack, Zoom, Notion, Jira, ChatGPT Business), vendor and budget management, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and collaborate with global IT and Product/Engineering on process improvements and light automation.

Own prime broker and liquidity provider relationships, ensure market data quality and feed reliability, support hedging/pricing operations, manage venue coverage and execution reporting, and act as the bridge between trading, engineering, and counterparties to resolve operational issues.

Manage company financial operations including payroll, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and recordkeeping. Produce weekly and monthly financial and performance reports (revenue, gross profit, cash flow, job costing, KPIs). Use QuickBooks and ServiceTitan, handle vendor/insurance/licensing administration, employee paperwork, and support ownership with analysis and process management.
