On the client side, you will coordinate the day-to-day execution of projects, with an emphasis on Salesforce application initiatives, reporting to a Senior Project Manager, translating direction into action, driving deliverables forward, and serving as a clear point of contact for clients. On the company side, you will support operations and day-to-day business needs. We're looking for a versatile, self-directed person who thrives on variety and takes ownership across both delivery and operations.Client Delivery ResponsibilitiesExecution & Team Coordination- Take direction from the Senior Project Manager and ensure tasks are carried through to completion.
- Track deliverables across the team, monitoring progress against timelines and flagging risks early.
- Identify and remove blockers, escalating to the Senior PM when needed.
- Help define and communicate priorities so the team stays focused on what matters most.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely status updates.
- Track down information from clients and stakeholders to keep work moving.
- Translate client needs and feedback into actionable tasks for the team.
- Coordinate projects, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Maintain visibility into requirements, configuration work, testing, and release activities.
- Partner with technical team members to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Maintain project plans, task boards, meeting notes, and documentation.
- Facilitate working sessions, and status meetings.
- Keep project tracking tools current and accurate.

- Maintain the CRM, keeping records, pipeline, and client information accurate and up to date.
- Assist in preparing proposals, statements of work, and pitch materials.
- Support new client onboarding and coordinate follow-ups with prospects.

- 3-5 years of experience coordinating projects, ideally enterprise applications including Salesforce.
- Proven ability to take direction and independently drive work to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with client-facing experience.
- Ability to track multiple workstreams, anticipate blockers, and keep teams progressing.
- Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet.)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Versatile and self-directed, comfortable switching between client delivery and internal business tasks.
- Experience with business operations is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Associate) are a plus.
