Lead design and maintenance of data warehouse architecture, schemas, and ETL to support reporting and BI. Develop mission-critical scheduling and optimization systems, define concepts of operations, identify operational inefficiencies, and collaborate with spacecraft, systems engineering, operations, software, and product teams. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while supporting fleet SLAs and customer commitments.

Designs and supports mechanical and structural components for drilling rigs, including new equipment, hydraulic systems, modifications, repairs, and field upgrades. Develops drawings, technical reports, compliance documents, proposals, budgets, and schedules. Coordinates with fabrication and assembly facilities, operations, inspectors, and international teams. Provides technical support during inspections and rig-site work, leads large-scale projects, and mentors junior engineers. Occasional domestic and international travel, rig visits, and overnight stays are required.

Supports a real estate brokerage through social media management, marketing campaigns, sales coordination, agent onboarding, training resources, administrative support, and HOA communications. The role promotes residential developments and lots, coordinates builders and vendors, maintains marketing materials and inventory updates, supports leadership, and assists with office operations and closing director backup duties.

Supports sourcing, vendor management, commercial analysis, procurement planning, and purchasing execution for data center power and cooling equipment. Responsibilities include RFPs, bid evaluations, pricing comparisons, cost modeling, negotiations, purchase orders, supplier documentation, demand planning, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, finance, and accounting teams. The role also requires developing technical knowledge of mission-critical equipment and progressively taking ownership of assigned procurement categories.
