QualificationsThe Realty Coordinator supports the brokerage through marketing, social media, agent onboarding and support, sales coordination, and administrative assistance. This role also assists with the marketing and sales of Tentac residential developments and lots, as well as HOA communications, vendor coordination, and community-related needs.
Essential Functions:
Marketing & Brand Management
- Manage and oversee the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Central Illinois Realtors social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns promoting the brokerage, agents, listings, company culture, and community involvement.
- Manage the Twin City Title social media presence and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the marketing and promotion of Tentac residential developments and available lots.
Sales Support
- Assist in coordinating weekly sales meetings. (If needed)
- Assist agents with marketing resources, technology, and brokerage tools.
Agent Training & Onboarding
- Coordinate and assist with onboarding newly affiliated agents.
- Develop onboarding materials, checklists, and training resources.
- Serve as an ongoing resource for agent support.
Leadership & Administrative Support
- Provide operational and administrative support to brokerage leadership.
- Assist with admin responsibilities during management absences to ensure continuity of office operations. As well as completing training to serve as backup for the Closing Director position.
Tentac Developments & HOA Support
- Assist with the sales and marketing of Tentac residential developments and residential lots.
- Coordinate builder and consumer marketing initiatives.
- Maintain subdivision marketing materials and inventory updates.
- Assist with homeowner association responsibilities, including homeowner communication, complaint documentation, coordination with vendors or board members, and follow-up on community concerns.

Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, marketing, sales, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Strong communication, organization, and social media skills are a plus. Real estate experience or licensing preferred but not required.
Grooming: Must maintain a professional appearance including attire and hair color.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods up to 6 to 8 hours a day.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, or move around the office to perform tasks or attend meetings.
- Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to operate computers, phones and other office equipment
- Ability to occasionally reach for files, supplies or miscellaneous office materials as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry light objects up to 15 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to hear and speak clearly to communicate in person and over the phone.
