Lead migration of workloads to secure cloud environments, apply cloud networking and security best practices, use containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates), and leverage DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, JIRA) to ensure availability, compliance, and scalability for government missions.
