Work with the Manager, Business Architecture to gather and document requirements, support UAT and testing, liaise with stakeholders and clients, maintain documentation (Atlassian), reconcile client reports, and identify process improvements to support innovation delivery within Depositary, CSD, & Issuer Services.

Provide administrative support for the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services program including records and MIS management, accounting and billing support, timesheet and payroll processing, calendar/meeting coordination, clerical tasks, office supply purchasing, reception monitoring, tracking employee leave, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting safety concerns. Perform additional assigned administrative duties.

Support community operations by supervising in the manager's absence, managing leasing and resident relations, conducting property inspections, overseeing move‑ins/outs, handling rent collection and delinquency, processing administrative and financial paperwork, coordinating maintenance and vendor activity, and completing assigned operational projects.

Lead and improve inbound sales conversion through daily coaching, call reviews, AI-driven insights, role-play, accountability, KPI tracking, onboarding acceleration, and cross-team process improvements to reduce errors and increase revenue.

Deliver and coordinate technical customer implementations and integrations for ImageTrend solutions. Manage implementation schedules, document requirements and progress, provide onsite and virtual training, maintain client relationships, hand off to Support, and contribute to documentation and departmental processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend industry events as needed. Travel up to 10%.

Greet visitors, sell tickets and merchandise, handle cash transactions and deposits, resolve visitor issues per protocol, provide phone and reception coverage, complete reports and checklists, promote memberships and products, follow emergency procedures, and support visitor experience operations during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provide on-site tooling support: ensure tooling meets customer requirements, inspect and test tooling, troubleshoot applications, support new product applications, recommend tooling and process improvements, analyze data, and collaborate with engineers to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Coordinate project lifecycle activities with Program Manager, manage ERP material and documentation readiness, handle engineering change notices and drawing revisions, support production schedule adherence, run production readiness meetings, and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Supervise accounting functions for manufacturing and distribution business units, manage full-cycle month-end close, prepare and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements. Maintain cost accounting, inventory valuation, and Percentage-of-Completion accounting for long-term projects. Support audits, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and system implementations while mentoring accounting staff and partnering with operations to improve controls and financial performance.

Manage corporate travel program: book flights, hotels, cars; maintain vendor relationships and preferred rates; create and enforce travel policies; prepare and analyze travel budgets and spending; assist with urgent travel issues and optimize travel operations.
