The Technical Implementation Specialist will manage software implementations, migrations, and integrations for clients in the single-family lending space, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption through training and support.

Lead the Commercial Lines operation by coaching managers and account executives, improving workflows, managing capacity and resources, maintaining service standards, and driving operational performance through data, technology, automation, and AI. Partner with the CEO, HR, IT, Finance, producers, and carrier partners to execute strategic initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and build scalable agency systems.

Review AV project designs, build and QA equipment racks, load firmware/DSP/control code, perform commissioning and testing, support installers and troubleshooting, coordinate with design engineers and project managers, and complete project closeout documentation.

Manages paid media strategy and campaign performance across Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Amazon platforms. Responsibilities include campaign creation, bid and budget optimization, keyword and audience research, performance analysis, conversion tracking, KPI reporting, ad copy development, and communicating strategy to account teams. The role requires data-driven decision-making, strong digital measurement knowledge, and staying current with paid advertising trends.

Provides desktop, laptop, phone, printer, software, and end-user support; troubleshoots hardware and software issues; manages accounts, access privileges, patches, software deployments, asset inventories, and ticket tracking. Supports VoIP telecommunications and assists with servers and network administration. Responsibilities also include vendor management, hardware and software purchasing, testing, security compliance, documentation, and end-user training.

Process and validate biweekly payroll for assigned groups using Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft. Review timecards, resolve discrepancies, run payroll jobs, handle taxes, garnishments, reconciliations, audits, off-cycle payrolls, and employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and meeting strict deadlines.

Provide HR support across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. Act as an employee point of contact, coordinate performance reviews, maintain confidential records, assist HR system implementations, and help develop performance improvement plans while supporting cross-department communication.

Process and reconcile 401(k) payroll files, execute trades on receipt of matching deposits, troubleshoot payroll issues, maintain participant data integrity, coordinate with internal teams and sponsors, complete year-end processing, and improve payroll processing efficiency.

Supports sales effectiveness through project estimating, cost and schedule development, value engineering, proposal accuracy, customer relationship development, vendor coordination, and collaboration with design, engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams. Reviews estimated versus actual performance, investigates variances, recommends corrective actions, and identifies process improvements that reduce waste, improve productivity, and increase efficiency while maintaining safety and customer requirements.

Leads outbound warehouse operations, supports management with training and employee direction, promotes safety and productivity, delegates work, evaluates performance, maintains an organized workspace, and assists other departments as needed. The role requires reliable attendance, schedule flexibility, attention to detail, English comprehension, reliable transportation, and the ability to motivate and mentor warehouse staff.
