Assist the Operations Manager with daily logistics and staff scheduling for tours, shuttles, concerts, and special events. Perform opening/closing and Manager-on-Duty duties, dispatch loops and charters, ensure DOT/OSHA/ADA compliance and safety, maintain client and media relationships, and support sales and customer service. Requires CDL acquisition, valid driving record, DOT physical, background/MVR/drug screening, and city tour guide license.

Manage and grow an assigned B2B customer base through proactive outreach, consultative selling, inbound lead response, account expansion, and pipeline advancement. The representative will identify customer needs, promote products and initiatives, qualify opportunities, meet revenue targets, maintain CRM accuracy, and partner with outside sales representatives. The role is hybrid after an initial 90-day in-office onboarding period and requires consistent customer engagement and follow-through.

Lead pricing execution and optimization across territories and vendors through predictive models, elasticity and scenario analyses. Partner with Sales Operations to measure price realization, identify margin leakage, recommend corrective actions, and drive adoption of pricing changes informed by competitor and market trends.

Provide administrative and secretarial support including customer service, organization, and general computer tasks. Use Microsoft Office tools, communicate bilingually if able, meet physical communication requirements, and support agency values while motivating staff.
