Provide administrative support for the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services program including records and MIS management, accounting and billing support, timesheet and payroll processing, calendar/meeting coordination, clerical tasks, office supply purchasing, reception monitoring, tracking employee leave, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting safety concerns. Provide first-line application support for ImageTrend products: troubleshoot issues via phone/email/chat, track and escalate tickets within SLAs, communicate updates to customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, test/duplicate reported problems, and attend occasional travel for events or onboarding.

Deliver and coordinate implementations of ImageTrend products, including planning, training, scoping, scheduling, documentation, client training (onsite/virtual), and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely, accurate project delivery and positive client outcomes. Provide onsite front-desk reception and customer service at Hanscom AFB; schedule and register clients for M&FRC classes, maintain AFFIRST database with TAP data, perform clerical/data-entry tasks (85% accuracy within two business days), generate monthly usage reports, and maintain front-desk appearance.

Greet visitors, sell tickets and merchandise, handle cash transactions and deposits, resolve visitor issues per protocol, provide phone and reception coverage, complete reports and checklists, promote memberships and products, follow emergency procedures, and support visitor experience operations during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Design and develop engineering-focused curriculum, lab modules, and project-based learning experiences for MISUMI University. Create instructor guides, student materials, assessments, and digital assets; align content with academic standards (e.g., ABET), pilot in classrooms, collaborate with engineers, and iterate based on learning effectiveness. Support scalable delivery (in-person, hybrid, self-paced) and contribute to the QMS.

Manage and lead cybersecurity engineering teams responsible for asset protection and threat detection. Set technical direction for firewalls, endpoint/server security, DLP, vulnerability scanning, SIEM/SOAR, and threat intelligence. Partner with product, operations, infrastructure, and risk teams to prioritize engineering work, drive automation and observability, ensure operational health, and deliver measurable risk-reduction outcomes while developing and coaching staff.

Lead planning, development and execution of brand, go-to-market and CRM marketing strategies. Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns, create content for digital and social channels, support client acquisition and retention, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. Provide leadership on medium-sized work streams and execute tactical initiatives to drive membership growth and engagement.

Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture across the insurance platform. Design and implement scalable, reusable systems; influence senior leaders; mentor engineers; drive standards, DevOps/CI-CD improvements, vendor evaluations, and cross-team alignment to deliver enterprise-scale outcomes.
