Part-time outside sales role focused on recruiting and onboarding new BNI Members by prospecting, educating, closing sales, coaching applicants, maintaining sales records, and supporting forming Chapters. Requires attending local events, building relationships, and collaborating with regional teams to meet sales and membership goals.

Provide front-desk telephone and receptionist services, greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries, perform clerical and administrative tasks, maintain receptionist supplies and filing, handle cash sales, assist with charge batches and journals, support staff with secretarial duties, and ensure infection control and required screening checks are completed.

Lead business development to drive group, corporate, and leisure revenue for the hotel. Oversees vendor insurance compliance and credentialing, manages COI collection/review, maintains vendor data across systems, supervises two administrative staff, runs compliance reporting, supports onboarding and audits, and identifies process improvements to mitigate organizational risk.

Lead paid and partnership acquisition efforts to drive patient and customer growth. Build and optimize marketing funnels, run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email and SMS, and report on ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion and retention. Collaborate with creative, operations, and call center teams to scale high-performing initiatives across multiple healthcare and wellness brands.

Manage commercial relationships with assigned automotive customers, resolve sales and financial discrepancies, negotiate pricing and design/obsolescence issues, communicate customer expectations internally, develop sales strategy, monitor profitability, and support IATF/ISO quality and environmental processes to meet corporate profit targets.

Lead KAYAK's app acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategy, owning paid app growth, CRM (email/push/in-app), ASO, web-to-app journeys, measurement and attribution, forecasting, and team building. Collaborate across product, engineering, analytics, and regional teams to drive installs, activation, retention, and long-term LTV through data-informed experiments and multi-channel paid and organic programs.

Lead new product development projects for the FastenMaster division using OMG's Stage-Gate (PDR) process. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk register, and Voice of Customer translation. Manage cross-functional teams from concept through launch, facilitate gate reviews and change control, track KPIs and commercialization readiness, mentor junior PMs, and use generative AI tools responsibly for communication and analysis.
